Peter Hingston, executive head chef, Tresco Estate Isles of Scilly(15 December 2005 00:00)Tresco Estate Isles of Scilly has appointed Peter Hingston as executive head chef for the estate's dining. This includes operations at the Hell Bay hotel, New Inn and the caf at Tresco Abbey Garden. He was previously head chef at the Island hotel, also on the estate.
