Le Bouchon Lyonnais restaurant reopens in Clapham

French brasserie Le Bouchon Lyonnais has reopened in Clapham, London, following a revamp of the premises and the menu.

The move is to bring the restaurant up to the standard of its sister site in Battersea, Le Bouchon Bordelais.

Le Bouchon Bordelais in Battersea was transformed in June 2004 when Michel Roux junior created a new menu for owner Ian Stoppani.

Adolphe Kemin, the new head chef at Lyonnais, has spent the past 18 months working with Landeau in preparation for the relaunch of the restaurant.
