Craig Dunlop has left Brig o' Doon hotel, where he was assistant manager, to move to Western House hotel at Ayr Racecourse, Ayrshire, as operations manager. Ryan McLaughlin has joined the hotel as assistant food and beverage manager. He was previously a trainee manager at the Thistle hotel in Irvine.
