Elaine Drew has been promoted to the new post of operations manager at the Tulip Inn Glasgow hotel. She was previously reception manager at the site. Robin MacGilchrist has become general manager at the Golden Tulip Manchester hotel. He was prevously manager at the Crown hotel, Harrogate.
