Table-top units which combine an oven with a hot food display merchandiser have been introduced by Lincat. Called UMO, the new series features a compact convection oven with thermostatic control from 50°C to 250°C underneath a Seal heated display case which can be fitted with either rotating or static racks. The new series is part of the 67-strong Seal range of ambient, heated and refrigerated merchandisers and food display cabinets.
