New finance director for Fishworks

FishWorks has recruited the former finance director of Caprice Holdings to over see its books.

In October 2003 Bagdai left Caprice to set up The Back Office, an accountancy and consultancy service for small and medium-sized businesses.

He is a fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants.

FishWorks chief executive Ray Morris said: "We are delighted to welcome Ratnesh to the Fishworks board and management team. His experience in the sector with his financial control and management skills with help to ensure the company's growth is in line with expectations."

Bagdai replaces James Benson who has been part-time finance director at the company and helped steer it through floatation on the Alternative Investment Market last June.
