Trends & DataThe Bench: London weekly hotel performance to 19 February, 2006(23 February 2006 09:01)London hotels boosted revenue per available room (revpar) by 10.9% in the week ending 19 February, according to figures from hotel benchmarking service The Bench. Revpar grew to £103.52, up from £93.32 during the equivalent week last year thanks to increases in both occupancy and average room rate. Occupancy grew by 2.7 percentage points to 77% while average room rate rose by 7% to £134.39, up from £125.58 in the corresponding week of 2005.
