Its location on the A35 Bournemouth Road in the Parkstone area is just a short drive from Poole Harbour. Facilities include 13 en-suite letting bedrooms, a 60-seat restaurant, a 30-seat bar and a large car park. In addition, the owners’ accommodation provides two double bedrooms, a kitchen/breakfast room, a lounge, bathroom and a loft room “The hotel trades all year round offering accommodation, breakfast and a Sunday carvery.
