Andrew Hartley and Kim Falconer have also joined the Balmoral hotel as director of sales and marketing and sales executive, respectively. Hartley was director of sales with Taj Hotels, Resorts and Palaces, based in London. Falconer has moved from Gleneagles hotel in Auchterarder, Perthshire, where she was responsible for individual and group reservations.
