The Royal Garden hotel in London's Kensington has added Michael DiFiore (pictured) and Patrick de la Mar to its team. DiFiore, who has joined as restaurant manager at the Park Terrace, was restaurant manager of the Dorchester hotel's Grill Room. De la Mar was deputy revenue manager at the City Inn Westminster hotel, and moves to the Royal Garden as rooms division manager.
