Latest NewsFinalists announced for Scottish Food Scholarship(08 March 2006 15:54)Organisers at the Scottish Food Scholarship have named the eight finalists who will battle it out for poll position in a showdown cook-off. The inaugural scholarship is open to Scottish chefs under the age of 25, and the final will take place at Glasgow Metropolitan College on 20 March. A trip to Melborne to learn from Raymond Capaldi at Fenix restaurant, as well as spots at Michelin-starred restaurants Martin Wishart and Andrew Fairlie at Gleneagles, is up for grabs.
