Five chefs get to grips with a 9ft mako shark at Novotel Tower Bridge hotel in London.

The 105kg fish, caught off the Cornish coast, was delivered whole so the brigade could pick up tips in the art of seafood preparation.

"Our menu serves predominantly exotic species so my chefs stay excited about their work and the dining experience for our guests is very special," said head chef Michael Radtke.
