Jeremy Goring, chief executive of the Goring hotel in London, has recruited Graham Copeman as the property's first hotel manager. Until December Copeman was house manager at London's Claridge's hotel. In his new position he will work under general manager David Morgan-Hewitt. The role has been created partly because of the retirement after 25 years of the Goring's managing director William Cowpe.
