Four Seasons wins Best New Development(16 March 2006 00:00)The Four Seasons Hotel in Hook, Hampshire, took the plaudits at this year's International Hotel and Investment Forum in Berlin. Speaking at the event, Chris Rouse, senior director at CB Richard Ellis Hotels, said this was the toughest section to judge. The other shortlisted candidates for the prize were Radisson SAS's striking new hotel in Frankfurt and the Hotel Du Vin in the old Brakespear brewery site in Henley, Berkshire.
