Ronan Sayburn, executive head sommelier for Gordon Ramsay Holdings and regular contributor to Caterer, has received the Matthew Clark Sommelier Award for his outstanding contribution to the sommelier profession. Sayburn received the prize last week at the 2nd Annual Sommeliers Dinner, organised by the Academy of Food and Wine Service.
