People 1st, the Sector Skills Council for the hospitality and leisure sector, has launched a new website, www.people1st.co.uk, for employers and employees.

It provides advice, support and information, including industry research for bosses and a career path planner for staff.

On the site there are also business tools, industry news and research for employers, and a career path facility, skill and qualification information for employees.
