Elcia Furnkranz, previously deputy general manager at the Express by Holiday Inn hotel in London's Wandsworth, has been promoted to operations director at the Express by Holiday Inn Canterbury hotel, part of the Morethanhotels group.

Lisa Kay has been promoted to sales manager at Express by Holiday Inn Bristol City Centre hotel. She was deputy general manager of the Express by Holiday Inn Gloucester South hotel.

Carla Hayes, previously sales executive at the Nottingham Royal Moathouse hotel, has become sales manager at the Express by Holiday Inn Birmingham NEC.
