Chef Ian Pengelley resurfaces with new venture Gilgamesh
Chef Ian Pengelley is bringing his acclaimed Pan-Asian cuisine to Camden in North London when he opens his new venture, Gilgamesh, on 1 June.
Pengelley will serve as head chef in the 260-seat main restaurant which has an open kitchen and an al fresco ambience thanks to the 40ft high ceiling with retractable roof and floor-to-ceiling glass windows.
Pengelley came to fame at Notting Hill's E&O restaurant and at Pengelley's in the Jumeirah Carlton Tower hotel in Knightsbridge.
