Gourmet Holdings property director resigns

Gourmet Holdings, the restaurant and pub operator, has said its property director is to leave the company after more than 10 years' service.

Simon Broackes, 39, has resigned from the board of the growing company and will leave the company in due course to pursue his interests in the property market.

Gourmet chief executive Gareth Lloyd-Jones said: "On behalf of the board I want to extend my gratitude to Simon for all his hard work and his role in shaping the group to what it is today."

In March the owner of Richoux and the Bel and the Dragon chains, said it had suffered a temporary set-back after the London terror attacks last year hurt trading at its central London units.
