Jaspal Singh Arora, executive chef, Bombay Brasserie(08 June 2006 00:00)Jaspal Singh Arora has joined the Bombay Brasserie in London as executive chef. He was sous chef at the Masala Bay in the Taj Lands End hotel, Mumbai. Both are owned by Taj Hotels, Resorts and Palaces.
