Ramsay is set to open two new restaurants and a bar in the London LA hotel, currently called the Bel Age hotel, in West Hollywood. They are due to open in spring 2007 after the hotel undergoes a complete redesign. The bars and restaurants will be designed by David Collins, but the food offering has yet to be decided. Located on the 27th floor, it will have views over the Atlantic Ocean and is scheduled to open in November. Article continues below
