Klaiman to be general manager at Hilton London Tower Bridge

Guy Klaiman has been named as general manager of the new 245-bedroom Hilton London Tower Bridge, which opens next month to become the group's 15th property in central London.

Klaiman, 40, joins from the Hilton London Islington where he led a team of 100 staff.

He has clocked up 18 years with Hilton since joining the Hilton Tel Aviv in Israel as a management trainee in 1988.

Hilton, which currently operates 72 hotels with 15,300 staff in the UK and Ireland, is leasing the new four-star hotel from London Bridge Holdings and More London Development.

Designed by architects Jestico and Whiles, the hotel is located at More London Place on the South Bank.

Aimed at the corporate market, it will include a 400-delegate conference and banqueting room, a fully-equipped business centre and a ground-floor signature restaurant.
