Mark Baker, executive chef, Scottish Parliament(24 August 2006 00:00)Mark Baker is the new executive chef at the Scottish Parliament, where the catering is provided by Sodexho Scotland. He was previously executive chef at the Crowne Plaza hotel, Glasgow. Kieran Blake becomes catering manager at the site. He moved from Standard Life, another Sodexho Scotland site, where he was assistant catering manager. The role of hospitality manager has been given to Andrea Aird, previously Palm Court manager at the Balmoral hotel in Edinburgh.
