He was assistant head concierge at the Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire and is secretary of the Society of Golden Keys. And Gaius Wyncoll has become general manager of the Macdonald Compleat Angler hotel in Marlow, Buckinghamshire. He was general manager at the company's Bear hotel in Woodstock, Oxfordshire.
