Trends & DataThe Bench: London weekly hotel performance to 3 September, 2006(07 September 2006 10:15)London hotels boosted revenue per available room (revpar) by 27.2% in the week ending 3 September, according to figures from hotel benchmarking service The Bench. Revpar climbed to £93.41, up from £73.44 during the equivalent week last year. Occupancy increased by 12.4 percentage points to 76.8% and average room rate grew by 6.7% to £121.63, up from £114 in the corresponding week of 2005.
