Star Inn at Harome adds farmhouse accommodation
The owners of the Michelin-starred Star Inn in North Yorkshire are adding another string to their bow this autumn, offering group accommodation for the first time at a converted 17th-century farmhouse.
Located five minutes' walk from the restaurant in Harome, the chalet-style site has been the home of Star Inn owners Andrew and Jacquie Pern for the past few years.
It has three double bedrooms and a bunk bed, and will most likely be rented out for a minimum of two nights at a time.
Guests will receive a tailor-made service, with the option of using the farmhouse's six-burner range and Aga, dining at the Star or having one of the brigade call in to provide a personal chef service. It is due to open in the middle of October.
The Perns have bought a five-bedroom house in the village to accommodate their growing young family.
