Stonesbrook and Newton's Vale are two new single-orchard varieties in the Gaymer's Orchard Reserve cider range. Each has a distinctly individual character and flavour, reflecting the apple varieties in each orchard and the skill of the cider makers in blending.

The varieties are named after the orchards in Somerset where the fruit is grown. Stonesbrook orchard is on the banks of the River Brue near Lydford, and has produced a crisp, dry cider with a subtle citrus flavour and crisp finish best matched to delicately flavoured foods. Newton's Vale, located at the foot of the Quantock hills, has produced a full-flavoured medium cider which has a rich, mellow fruit taste.
