London hotels boost revpar by 24%

London hotels boosted revenue per available room (revpar) by 24% in the week ending 10 September, according to figures from hotel benchmarking service The Bench.

Revpar climbed to £121.33, up from £97.83 during the equivalent week last year.

Occupancy increased by 11.3 percentage points to 89.8% and average room rate grew by 8.5% to £135.07, up from £124.52 in the corresponding week of 2005.
