Caterer and Hotelkeeper Awards date revealed

Caterer and Hotelkeepers annual awards, the Cateys, will take place at the Grosvenor House hotel in London on 3 July 2007.

Last year's winner, Gordon Ramsay, joined a select group by becoming one of the few in the awards' long history to become a triple Catey winner as Restaurateur of the Year - Independent.

Other winners at the star-studded event included Mark McQuater, chief executive of Barracuda Group, who received the Pub and Bar Industry award for his innovative approach to developing the group.

Robert Cook, chief executive of Malmaison and Hotel du Vin hotels was named Manager of the Year for his development of both brands, his management style, passion and hands-on approach.
