The Bench: London weekly hotel performance to 8 October, 2006
London hotels boosted revenue per available room (revpar) by 18.6% in the week ending 8 October, according to figures from hotel benchmarking service The Bench.
Revpar climbed to £110.12, up from £92.86 during the equivalent week last year.
Occupancy increased by eight percentage points to 81.4% and average room rate grew by 7% to £135.21, up from £126.37 in the corresponding week of 2005.
