Secretary at nightclub operator Luminar quits role

Harry Willits has quit his role as secretary of nightclub operator Luminar.

He will leave the company on 3 November and his duties will be taken over by David Morris, assistant company secretary, until a successor is appointed.

Luminar thanked Willits for his contribution over three years and said the recruitment process to find his replacement was well advanced and would be completed shortly.

In May the company said its entertainment division, which includes Chicago Rock Café and Jumpin' Jaks, did not form part of it long-term strategy.
