Edinburgh's Sheraton Grand Hotel and Spa has appointed Claudio Melli as executive assistant manager. Melli had previously been food and beverage manager at the Grand Formos Regent hotel in Taipei, Taiwan, although he has also worked in hotels and resorts in England, Scotland, the USA, the Caribbean, the UAE, South Korea and Egypt.
