Julian Payne has become general manager of the Threadneedles hotel in the City of London, part of the Eton Collection. He was residence manager at the Ascott hotel and apartments in London's Mayfair. Mons Henningson has become general manager of the Academy hotel in London's Bloomsbury. He was front of house manager at the Eton Collection's Glasshouse hotel in Edinburgh.
