A group that owns hotels and confectionary stores has snapped up the Brindle House hotel in the heart of Victoria, London.

The detached, three-storey property on Warwick Place North has 14 bedrooms (seven of which are en-suite), a reception, a dining room, a kitchen, and a laundry room. There is potential to add more bedrooms to the rear, subject to planning permission.

It boosts the new owners’ tally of hotels in Victoria to six and joins a line-up that includes the Winchester, Hamilton, and Edward hotels and the Victoria Comfort Inn. The purchasers also own the Treats and Snax confectionary stores.

The London office of Christie + Co sold the freehold off a guide price of £1.25m on behalf of Tony Ahmed, who owns a number of hotels and coffee shops in Central London.
