UK gravy brand Bisto is launching six new bouillon pastes in beef, chicken, lamb, vegetable, fish and ham varieties. The pastes are of soft consistency and quickly dissolve in boiling water, or can be stirred directly into a dish while it's cooking. They do not include herb particles, leaving chefs free to add their own flavours to dishes, and are free from artificial colours, flavours and gluten. Each 1kg tub has a resealable lid, an 18-month shelf life and yields 50 litres of stock.
