Revpar grows by nearly 23% in London

London hotels boosted revenue per available room (revpar) by 22.6% in the week ending 7 January, according to figures from hotel benchmarking service The Bench.

Revpar rose to £56.64, up from £46.21 during the equivalent week of 2006.

Occupancy increased by 5.6 percentage points to 54.6% while average room rate grew by 10.1% to £103.73, up from £94.22 in the corresponding week of 2006.
