Latest NewsFuller's to hold recruitment open days(15 January 2007 15:15)Brewer and pub operator Fuller Smith & Turner is holding two open days as part of a recruitment drive targeting managers, tenants, lessees and chefs. The London-based events will offer potential recruits the chance to meet those involved in Fuller’s pubs business and to have an informal chat or make an application. The managers and tenants open day will be held on 30 January from 10am to 6pm in the Hock Cellar, at Fuller’s Brewery in Chiswick, west London. It is aimed at people currently holding a management position, looking to join as a management trainee, and those who want to run their own pub businesses. The chef open day will be held on 7 February at the Counting House in Cornhill, in the City, from 10am to 8pm. It is aimed at recruiting chefs at all levels. Article continues below
