Better ventilation on Dawson Lainox Heart combis

Six quickly-changed ventilation fan speeds plus auto-reverse increase cooking precision on the new Lainox Heart series of combis launched this month by Dawson. The new series is claimed to be 40% faster than earlier Lainox ovens in reaching and recovering working temperature, aided by a heat-generation system with a 95% gas efficiency rating. The newly designed burner and heat exchanger also help cut gas consumption. Second-generation Autoclima climate control is combined with Fast Dry, a new rapid moisture-evacuation system which works on the Venturi principle and is said to be especially suited to cooking au gratin, frying and browning.

Heart ovens have new single-touch intuitive controls using a Scroller+ panel with high-definition liquid crystal display. A fully automatic Interactive Cooking System (ICS) is claimed to optimise consistency of cooking results based on a few simple instructions given by the user, with most frequently used recipes held in a "favourites" section.
