The Brakes Chocolate Orange Meltdown is a pre-cut sponge made from pulped oranges with chocolate filling and a chocolate fudge topping. It can be served warm in less than one minute and has a list price of £16.50 for a pack cut into 12 portions (giving a portion cost of £1.38). The Brakes Rhubarb Custard Tart combines rhubarb chunks and custard in a sweet pastry case and carries a list price of £14.40 for a 10-portion tart.
