Kerry Foods has relaunched the Caterpro range of margarines and spreads for the food service market that it first introduced back in 2003. Along with updated packaging, the revamped products benefit from the removal of unhealthy hydrogenated fats and the modification of oil blends which allows easier spreading from the fridge. There are six options: Caterpro Premium Baking (in 2kg and 250g packs), Caterpro Soft Spread (2kg), Caterpro Sunflower Spread (2kg), Caterpro What Not Butter (2kg) and Caterpro Garlic Spread (1.5kg). The 250g Premium Baking line, which is popular with school caterers, has additionally been made suitable for vegans.
