The Big Prawn Co, which claims to be the UK's largest shellfish briner, has extended its range with the launch of a superior king prawn product for the food service sector which aims to tap in to the growing market for warm-water prawns. The Norfolk-based company's new King Prawns in Brine are sourced from fully integrated farming operations in Asia and, in common with the rest of its core seafood range, have a shelf life of six to eight weeks from production. They come in two pack sizes of 900g or 8kg (net weight).
