Jus-Rol has introduced a premium new pastry product, All-Butter Pastry, that is claimed to offer a rich, buttery flavour but with no more fat than normal pastry. Offered in both puff and shortcrust varieties, the new pastry is available in frozen 1.5kg blocks from food service distributor 3663. The malleable pastry requires minimum preparation, can be easily rolled out to any size or thickness, and can be chilled or stored in the freezer. In keeping with the rest of the range, the new offering is free from preservatives and hydrogenated fats.
