Both UHT products come in liquid-based one-litre packs with a shelf life of 12 months that come in cases of 12. They are claimed to be suitable for whipping (up to three times their original volume), pouring and cooking without losing stability or taste. Unlike real cream, the unsweetened Whip'n'Cook is said not to curdle in a bain-marie nor to split if overwhipped, making it ideal for savoury sauces and flavoured sour creams. The pre-sweetened Whip'n'Go is freeze-thaw stable and designed to decorate desserts such as sundaes and cheesecakes and to top hot drinks.
