Smoked Haddock Chowder, Mumbai Chicken, Bangers and Mash, Casa Chorizo, Beetroot Fusion, Creamy Goats Cheese and Spinach, and Red Thai Chicken form part of the extensive new winter range of soups from the Redemption Food Company. The soups, which are handmade in small batches in the group's County Durham kitchens, are supplied to sandwich bars, restaurants and motorway service areas in 4kg food service buckets that provide about 14 servings. Some products are offered in 6 x 500g retail packs. The group has recently invested £270,000 in new equipment to boost its soup production, currently six tonnes a day, by 50%.
