Sicilia Lime Juice is made from 8 real limes concentrated to deliver lime juice in a convenient economic way; maximizing flavour without the need for messy juicers and because of the concentrated flavour only a small amount is needed to add lime juice flavour to dishes.

Sicilia Lime Juice is made with Key Limes.  These are different to the dark green Persian limes that are more widely recognized.  Key Limes have thin greenish-yellow peels and are traditionally more sour and aromatic than Persian limes and because Sicilia Lime Juice is made with Key Limes it has a more zesty and distinctive taste than other lime juices available.

375g plain or sweetmeal digestive biscuits crushed
150g unsalted butter
100ml Sicilia Lime Juice
570ml double cream
397g sweetened condensed milk

Method:
Melt the butter in a small pan and stir in the crushed biscuits.  Gently press into the base of a 23cm deep loosed bottomed flat tin.  Place in fridge to chill whilst making the topping.  For the topping: Whisk Sicilia Lime juice, cream and condensed milk in a large bowl for 2 minutes.  Pour onto the pre-chilled biscuit base and place in the fridge for 2 hours.  For optional extras had lime zest to Sicilia Lime juice, cream and condensed milk and decorate with crystallized lime zest.
