A new accessory has been launched to tap into the new "egg dishes and desserts" operating software that was added to the Lincat range of Opus SelfCooking Centers in October 2006. The new non-stick Multibaker cooking tray will allow kitchen staff to produce quantities of fried eggs (up to six) or omelettes at the touch of a button. The 1/1 gastronorm tray - which can also be used to bake tarts, cakes and tortillas - costs £61. There are 12 models of Opus SelfCooking Center, which range in price from £6,620 to £24,999.
