Barford Farmhouse Ice‑Cream

(21 February 2007 12:26)

Chris and Wendy Pope make Barford Farmhouse Ice Cream on their award-winning farm in the heart of the National Trust's Kingston Lacy estate in Wimborne, Dorset.

The ice-cream is made using the milk and cream from their own herd of Holstein Friesian cows, with no artificial additives or colourings added. The fruit sorbets include no less than 50% fruit, sourced locally wherever possible. Bespoke ice-creams and sorbets are available and there's an ice-cream cart for weddings.
