The Seal series from Lincat includes two stainless-steel Food Preparation Bars designed to take deeper 150mm gastronorm (GN) containers. There's the 1,225mm FPB5 (5 x 1/3 GN) at £635 and the 1,580mm FPB7 (7 x 1/3 GN) at £709. Side and base refrigeration of the well, together with precise thermostatic control (with digital display and high/low warning) ensures that an even temperature is maintained throughout the entire length so that each bar will hold food at 3-7°C, in ambient conditions of up to 25°C and 60% relative humidity. This performance surpasses the requirements of EN441 Class 3M.

Optional accessories for both ranges include back service glass, which protects the contents and allows easy access for the operator to serve, and a hinged stainless-steel lid, which protects contents and maintains temperature for extended periods. A full range of GN containers (1/1, 1/2 and 1/3), with a choice of stainless-steel or transparent acrylic lids, can be provided for both ranges.
