RoadChef, the motorways services operator, has been sold by Nikko Principal Investments to Delek Real Estate, the quoted Israeli property group, in a deal valuing the business at £425m. – The Times, 3 March

The Gresham Hotel Group sells three hotels to CEO
The Gresham Hotel Group has sold its three continental European hotels to the company’s chief executive. Patrick Coyle, who has been with the Gresham chain for the past 15 years, bought the three hotels with the backing of AIB Corporate Finance private investors for an undisclosed sum. The hotels are the Gresham Belson in Brussels, the Gresham Carat in Hamburg and the Gresham Memphis in Amsterdam - Irish Examiner, 5 March
