The Bench: London weekly hotel performance to 4 March, 2007

London hotels boosted revenue per available room (revpar) by 19.2% in the week ending 4 March, according to figures from hotel benchmarking service The Bench.

Revpar rose to £104.62, up from £87.73 during the equivalent week of 2006.

Occupancy grew by three percentage points to 78.9% while average room rate rose by 14.7% to £132.67, up from £115.64 in the corresponding week of 2006.
